The work covers residential vacant properties for lenders, REO brokers, and asset managers. Crews receive digital work orders, document with geocoded before / during / after photos, and submit bids and invoices through industry portals such as Pruvan and PPW.
Qualified applicants are contacted to complete onboarding — the Independent Contractor Agreement and system orientation — after the vendor team reviews coverage areas, experience, and documentation.
